FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Antcode different from other online communities such as Reddit or Stack Exchange?

There are already code review groups like r/CodeReviews or the Code Review Stack Exchange. What’s different about this platform is that it is designed specifically for code reviews. You’ll be able to search for reviews that use particular languages or frameworks. It’ll also be easier to read through reviews.

Isn't this the same as Stack Overflow?

No. Stack Overflow is mainly for getting help with specific questions, often bugs in your code. This platform is a place for reviewing code that is already functional.

Do I have to pay for code reviews?

Nope! One thing we love about developers is their willingness to help other people. Look at Stack Overflow or any open source project. We believe that developers will also be willing to review code and help educate other people.

Is the code I submit public?

Yes! That’s a big part of this whole platform (and for that matter open source in general). By making code and code reviews public, we allow other people to benefit from them too.
